Senior Business Execution Consultant (Trainer for Remote Admin team)

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking for a Senior Business Execution Consultant who will assist the Remote Managed Services team in facilitating trainings across their team members.


In this role, you will:

Provide consulting, coaching, and delivery as needed to team members, individual contributors and managers related to the implementation of technical, functional, product skills, or relevant competenciesCreate training curriculum and identify process improvement opportunitiesReview and analyze basic operational assignments that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, exercise independent judgement to guide medium risk deliverablesUse knowledge of development programs across a few business disciplines to articulate the interconnectivity and business impact of various learning solutionsPartner with instructional design team to develop curricula, courses and materials gathered from consultative needs assessments, learning participants, business opportunities and needs of client groupsProvide direction and mentorship to team members and managersCollaborate and consult with colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal, as well as external customers


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of training, coaching and process improvement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Job Expectations:

Successful candidate must be willing to work on Evening Shift.Office Location will be at 5 Neo, BGC.Amenable to work onsite/hybrid set-up
