The Senior Business Initiatives Strategist will lead the review, compilation, and execution of business initiatives. This position will ensure initiatives meet business objectives on time and on budget by tracking milestones, increasing leadership endorsement, and focusing on implementation. Additionally, The Senior Business Initiatives Strategist will lead the creation of results-oriented implementation plans for the business initiatives that impact their respective groups of employee-owners. The Senior Business Initiatives Strategist will cross-train to support other team members in support of the overall Business Diversity Department.
Job Duties:
Lead the creation and implementation of global practice and department business initiative strategies, efforts, and programs.Consult GP and Department leaders to identify strategic business issues and opportunities, strategize, implement, and scale programs that address the identified business issues and opportunities.Lead the conversion of business initiatives into specific goals, strategies, milestones, and deliverables.Lead in developing a robust implementation plan for the approved business initiatives.Ensure tracking, monitoring, and reporting of initiative metrics.Track and lead the presentation of initiative status of various engagement approaches, impacts, benefits, and barriers to influence the adaptation of initiatives.Lead and present to leadership and stakeholders the evaluation of business diversity data, market intelligence, and how it relates to each Global Practice or Regional Office to meet objectives and key results.Lead and present in tracking and reporting challenges during the build-out of business initiatives.Responsible for initiating and maintaining relationships and partnerships with various corporate staff, business diversity leads, global practices, and regional office leaders to align business initiative implementation activities with the overall company business diversity program.Lead and present training to maximize key stakeholders' knowledge of new and existing business initiatives in support of the Business Diversity Program.Lead Business Development, Project Manager, and Pursuit team support with the creation and/or implementation of tools, analysis, and processes that foster growth of M/WBE usage performance, and reporting. Lead outreach that includes supplier development, client relationships, opportunity assessment and alignment to Global practices and Regional office needs. Includes travel as necessary to support the Business Diversity Program.Performs other duties as assigned
