Find your future with us. **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for a **Senior Business Intelligence Analyst** (Level 4) to join the **Supply Chain Integration Core** team based out of **Auburn** or **Everett, Washington.** Our Fabrication Division Supply Chain Core Team focuses on a data-driven transformation of the organization by providing real-time insights for complex business problems and enhances and aides their decision-making process. You will contribute as a team member alongside the Business Intelligence (BI) Analysts, Data Scientists, System & Process specialists and work closely with the to deliver solutions that help The Boeing Company deliver safer, better, and more efficient airplanes and products. Find your future with us. **Position Responsibilities:** + Leads in designing complex Business Intelligence information models, dashboards, metrics and reports. + Responsible for designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting, and deploying complex ETL packages + Contributes to the development of a comprehensive data warehouse supporting analytics and reporting for a complex ERP system + Design and optimize database schema, tables, indexes, and views for efficient data storage and retrieval + Combines programming, SQL skills, best practices and business expertise to deliver efficient and scalable Business Intelligence solutions to improve business productivity and business outcomes + Support ad-hoc reporting requests to answer complex business questions in a fast-paced environment with tight turn-around times + Analyze and solve problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context Establish new, scalable, efficient, automated processes for tracking and reporting on progress of initiatives **This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed locations.** **Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.** **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + 5 + years of experience do you have in data analytics and/or business intelligence. + 5+ years of experience do you have with database design, data modeling, or object modeling. + 5 + years of experience do you have with project management and the ability to self-manage projects. + 5+ years of experience do you have designing and programming complex SQL queries, triggers, stored procedures, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages, and scripts. + Experience with building ETL pipelines. + Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Shiny, PowerBL). **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or closely related field. + Demonstrated proficiency in data warehouse development, including the design, development, implementation, and monitoring of fact and dimension objects following Kimball dimensional modeling best practices3+ years of experience in Supply Chain. + Direct experience in Aerospace business functions such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, etc. + Familiarity with Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) concepts such as indexes, partitions, query execution plans, normalization, denormalization, ACID properties, & Three-Valued-Logic (3VL). + Experience with ERP systems (ERPLN, SAP, Oracle EBS, etc.) + Experience in working with ambiguous requirements, asking the right questions to extract business needs from stakeholders and translate into logical and physical data models. + Critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills. + Organization skills to effectively work in cross-functional, multi-level environment with shifting priorities and requirements. **Typical Education/Experience:** Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.). **Relocation:** Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
