**Boeing Global Services** (BGS) is seeking a **Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our** **Business Operations** team. This position will act as a business integrator supporting the BGS Vice President of Human Resources. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to help the BGS Human Resources leadership team run their business, manage priorities, and maintain an integrated operating rhythm.
This position will be based out of **Berkley,** **MO.** and will be onsite to support customer requirements.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Supports BGS Vice President of Human Resources managing day to day operations (All Employee Meetings, All Manager Meetings, Roundtables, Staff Meetings, etc.)
+ Delivering outcomes while working in a fast paced, high visibility, and ever-changing environment.
+ Coordinate artifacts, presentations and content that will be shared at the highest levels of the company.
+ Identifies risk and opportunity potential, and develops mitigation plans. Presents plans to executive leadership to gain approval.
+ Assists in the development and integration of projects, strategies, and processes to meet business goals.
+ Manage cross-HRLT and BGS operating rhythm and ensures alignment and integration to fulfill strategies of each organization.
+ Track actions to resolution.
+ Manages and updates BGS HR operating tools (OneNote, SharePoint, File shares, Outlook, etc.)
+ Represents executive management to internal and external business interests in areas such as communicating business policy, strategy and direction.
+ Provides guidance and coaches less experienced personnel.
**Basic Qualifications** ( **Required Skills** / **Experience):**
+ Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
+ Experience with developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and SharePoint
+ Experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation, and completion
+ Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data
+ Experience developing and reporting performance metrics
+ Experience leading projects
+ Experience working with confidential information and a high level of discretion
**Preferred Qualifications** ( **Desired Skills** / **Experience** ):
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred
+ Highly intuitive and proactive in anticipating others’ needs
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, work well with various personality types and receptive to feedback
+ Experience working in Program Management and/or Human Resources
+ Experience coaching or mentoring others, including those that may not be your direct reports
+ Experience delivering on business outcomes leveraging key performance metrics

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: 132,600 – 179, 400
