Senior Business Planning & Strategy
The Opportunity: The Business Planning & Strategy Consultant performs wide ranging activities that support strategic business planning activities within the Global Technology & Operations (GTO), Strategy & Planning department. The incumbent will have a unique combination of communication, analytical, strategic, and program management skills to play a key role in wide ranging activities. Activities will include but not be limited to business and strategy planning, governance, cross organizational performance measurement, and leadership events that support business objectives and results. The incumbent will collaborate within GTO and across the enterprise. Additionally, the role will support activities across the strategy and planning team. Key focus areas: planning and coordination of key leadership meetings and conferences, project management of key organizational initiatives, meeting and event planning, and ad hoc projects with analytical skills required including those related to strategic initiatives for the organization. Key Responsibilities: · Be a strong team player who works cross-functionally across all areas of Global Technology & Operations, including Global Customer Services & Operations, Global Business Solutions, Global Technology, Global Infrastructure, Information Security, Data & Analytics, Business Controls, and key partners, including Global Communications and Global Events Management. · Develop relationships and manage stakeholder alignment coordinate content cross functions and the enterprise. · Collects data and conduct analyses for root cause issues / change management. · Support and influence the development of GTO’s leadership events, design, and implementation plan. · Develop best practices, to continuously improve how we deliver events in a sustainable way. · Develops and refines performance measures as internal benchmarking tools. · Manage processes needed to support financial reporting requirements for major events. Key Relationships: · Reports to: AVP, GTO Strategy & Planning · Key Stakeholders: Across Global Technology & Operations, Global Communications and Global Events Management, Facilities What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications): · 10+ years of experience in business operations, project planning, event management. · Excellent problem-solving capabilities, including problem structuring, analysis, and ability to translate information into insights, actionable implications, and recommendations. · Strong business and financial acumen, process, strategic thinking, influencing capabilities. · Strong collaboration, interpersonal, customer relationship, organizational skills, and attention to detail. · Self-directed and self-motivated with experience interacting with senior leadership. · Prior experience managing large complex projects. · Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Mgmt., Information Systems, Finance, or related fields.
