Responsibilities: * Manage business outcome-driven initiatives as part of enterprise transformation program aligned to organizational goals & strategy * Drive project teams to assess and analyze current business processes and work with internal stakeholders and vendors to optimize and bring efficiencies * Understand value proposition of initiatives based on business, process, people, technology, KPIs, metrics, SLAs partnering with different stakeholders * Work with stakeholders to define and charter business process initiatives with holistic cost benefit analysis and collaborate with vendors for the best outcome * Apply project management process, governance, control, risk management, and techniques to deliver target outcomes within stated time, cost, and quality targets * Deal with uncertainty and a dash of chaos by bringing clarity leveraging analytical, communication and modeling best practices * Set examples for business and technology teams to bring improvement to the quality of deliverables and outcomes in day-to-day artifacts * Bring in a contagious sense of urgency to deliver faster, better, and cheaper
