Job Description:
CUSTOMER
Support development and execution of diverse programs, implement and develop activities, tools and programs for businesses, and support business sales/service strategy and management activitiesProvide expertise and guidance on programs and related reportingWork closely with various partners, and external service providers (where appropriate) to resolve issues, streamline processes and implement solutions that enhance the customer/employee experienceMonitor any involved service providers to ensure agreed upon service levels are consistently achieved, and contracts are currentKeep abreast of legislative developments related to the operational aspects of policy/ program assess implications for TD and proactively recommend changesLead projects to successfully implement program and policy changesWork closely with business partners to resolve issues, streamline processes and implement solutions that enhance the operational efficiency and employee experienceParticipate in business process efficiency reviews and discussionsSupport regulatory applications by providing relative business information for report to the applicable regulatory bodies/responding to requests for informationSHAREHOLDER

• Payment Industry experience with expert knowledge of Card Brand rules and regulations
• Provide the journey with PCN compliance thought leadership within area of expertise
• Understanding of the Payments ecosystems and relevant participants
• Proactively identify issues and manage accordingly
• Consult on strategic opportunities with the PCN
• Develop, influence and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Prioritize work, and continually assess priorities, to support business goals
• Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
