Senior Business Program Manager

Microsoft’s Chief Human Resource Officer’s (CHRO) team is hiring a **Senior Business Program Manager** who will report to the Chief of Staff (COS) and play a key role in driving the goals of the Office of the CHRO and the organization. As a highly skilled and motivated **Senior Business Program Manager** for Microsoft’s Chief Human Resource Officer’s (CHRO), you will develop and execute planning processes and HR rhythms of business (ROBs), ensuring coordination and integration across the broader organization. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, oversee the creation and implementation of execution plans, design internal communications to facilitate decision-making, and support operational efforts to elevate HR strategic delivery across the business. **Responsibilities** **Business Operations:** + Partner with the COS, CHRO, and Human Resources Leadership Teams (HRLT) to develop and execute planning and operational processes, ensuring coordination with corporate planning processes and integration across the broader organization. + Manage the Office of the CHRO rhythms of business (ROBs). Work with the COS and cross-company/team counterparts to manage coordination of business reviews, stakeholder discussions, and other strategic business planning activities. + Create clarity to facilitate and drive prioritization and decision-making for leaders. + Use qualitative data to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs); define measurement plans. **Executive Team Communications:** + Support the development of content for executive-level internal operations and communication. + In partnership with the COS, create foundational and storytelling content to articulate processes, operations, results, and goals for internal forums (e.g., executive meetings, event presentations). + Synthesize findings within workstreams and identify links to broader strategic efforts to ensure project and program momentum and outcomes. + Understand audience needs to ensure content is tailored appropriately; break down complex information into actionable steps for a range of audiences. **Maximizing/Extending the Leader:** + Maximize and extend the impact of the Office of the CHRO by collaborating on internal communications, consulting on high-value activities, delivering high-quality and efficient preparation, and ensuring follow-up and other actions are resolved. + Serve as a trusted advisor for the COS and manage special projects and incoming requests as they arise. Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
