Salary range: $190,000 - $210,000
The Senior Business Relationship Manager is responsible for building and retaining key customer relationships for Apple Bank by offering deposit related services that generate revenue growth. The incumbent identifies new account and deposit growth opportunities (internal & external clients) by collaborating with Retail Banking, Commercial Mortgage, Equipment Finance, and specialized internal lending areas, as well as other channels within the organization to generate revenue streams. This position develops, manages, and maintains the portfolios of our clients and is tasked with providing insightful reporting/metrics to senior leadership. The Senior Manager provides white glove service to their book of business and prospective customers and provides leadership/oversight to the team of Relationship Managers to ensure that departmental goals are met. The successful candidate must be highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about growing the business in a team environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop new and existing client relationships, inclusive of the growth of core deposits derived from lending relationships, as well as expanding relationships by packaging cash management services and educating customers on additional credit facilities.Provide concierge service experience to clients, including but not limited to, responding quickly to client and partner inquiries, providing financial guidance, and developing personalized banking solutions for high-net worth clients and business partners.Meet with clients and business partners in person, virtually, and through other networking opportunities, groups, and events to build relationships and grow the business.Educate clients, prospects, and partners on the benefits offered to them by utilizing the Bank’s deposit related services.Identify potential business opportunities through external referral sources.Develop and maintain a network of prospective client referral sources through community and business development activities; participate in community events to build personal brand and enhance Apple Bank's visibility.Capitalize on growth opportunities by identifying the needs of prospective customers and providing appropriate financial solutions.Cold call to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.Mentor/manage Relationship Managers for the purpose of maximizing production by ensuring they follow industry best practices in building their pipelines by identifying and acting upon key opportunities.Accompany Relationship Managers on business calls (in person and virtually) as deemed appropriate.Consult with leadership on business trends to develop new services, products, and pricing.Coordinate networking opportunities to attend with team.Partner with the Commercial Mortgage, Equipment Finance, and other internal specialized departments to onboard operating relationships of existing lending customers.Perform other duties as requested.SKILLS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree required.8+ years of banking/finance, experience.Must have a sales, business development, or deposit growth background.Excellent communication skills (verbal + written).Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to multi-task.Detail oriented and team player.Excellent management skills.Proficient in Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Visa sponsorship not available.
