Skills and Requirements Business analysis skills such as requirement gathering, creating user stories, facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams, documenting processes, supporting testing and quality assurance Strong SQL skills with the ability to query Experience and exposure to microservices architecture - RESTful services preferred but open to Postman, SOAP services, etc Ability to help troubleshoot and conduct research Willingness to learn and conduct research Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Ruby, PowerShell, or Groovy) Experience with configuration management and deployment automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Salt, or Chef) Knowledge of cloud providers and technology Experience with database management system technologies and tools Proficiency in feature mapping software (Stories on Board) Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in mentoring and training team members null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
