You Are:

UST is looking for a Systems Analyst to build end to end business solutions for one of the leading healthcare providers in the US. Sr BSA (Business/Systems Analysts) that can work with a very agile development team (that is doing product/service development). The person would be helping to document requirements / grooming / moving requirements through to the dev teams. Need to be able to work both the business and IT requirements. The team uses Azure Dev Ops and related tools. 

 

The opportunity:

·       Maintain active relationships with Product Owner to understand business requirements, leads design and technical reviews with architects or Product Owner

·       Develop and own Program Increment list of features.

·       Develop and define application scope and objectives and supervises the preparation of technical and/or functional specifications from which programs will be written.

·       Break down epics to user stories that can be assigned to developers effectively.

·       Ensure testing is completed and meets the test plan requirements, system testing is completed, and system is implemented according to plan.

·       Support teams on high priority issues

·       Participate in collaborative technical discussions that focus on software user experience, design, architecture, and development.

·       Perform demonstrations for client stakeholders on project features and sub features.

·       Write SQL queries to pull data from tables for analysis.

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What you need:

·       5+ years in System Analysis with supporting/interfacing with business stakeholders experience; multi-platform experience, and expert level experience with business and technical applications; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

·       3+ years experience working in Facets application.

·       3+years in Medicare/Medicaid membership and billing modules

·       Should possess a strong understanding of SQL server, front end screens as well as batch jobs in Medicare enrollment and member maintenance.

·       Should possess very good SQL skills for analysis tasks.

·       Should be able to break down epics to stories that can be assigned to developers effectively.

·       Should be familiar with member enrollment process flows.

·       Good team player with excellent communication skills and proactive behavior

·       Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment would be a plus.

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location:   Remote

Compensation Range:   $95,000-$143,750
