As a Business Analyst for Mortgage Servicing Package (MSP) product, the candidate will be responsible for drafting business and functional requirements for system solutions that span unsurpassed cash controls and balancing functionality, as well as investor reporting, customer service, escrow, and default functionalities. Responsibilities As a Business Analyst at ICE, the candidate will serve as a liaison between the mortgage and home equity servicing community and the application development organization to define business solutions and collaborate with development to define the technical solutions to meet user and business needs. This role works closely with the ICE teams in India and U.S. Therefore, qualified candidates are expected to overlap part of their working hours with the U.S. Eastern time zone. Work with Agile Team to create and clearly communicate requirements outlined in User Story and Acceptance Criteria for MSP product. Conducts data mapping and analysis, translating regulatory requirements into the ICE services. Serve as an integral participant in the business process redesign and documentation for new or changing technology. Knowledge and Experience Essential skills: Experience with and strong understanding of Mortgage or Finance or Banking Domain. Prior experience or knowledge about verifying the batch reports and CICS screens in mainframes system is preferred. Prior experience or knowledge of US Mortgage Investor functionality is preferred. Should be able to write functional specification document based on requirements with expected changes in the current system. Should be able to test the functionality to validate the modified requirements are as expected. Proficiency in defining User Story acceptance criteria using GWT format (Behavior-Driven Development) for MSP Product. 8+ years’ experience in IT industry with at least 5 years as Business Analyst, preferably in Mortgage, Finance or Banking domain. A bachelor's degree, MBA or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Preferred Azure DevOps knowledge is preferred. SAFe or Agile certification is preferred. Experience in SoapUI is highly preferred. Some knowledge on Microservices and APIs is a plus. Experience in prototyping/UML tools like Visio, Balasmiq etc. Schedule This role is on-site in our Hyderabad office.
