Key Responsibilities
Handles and solves a variety of less and more complex problems for the business requirements and technology.Supports projects in identifying routine business requirements, project and process specifications within identified team.Create and manage large or small testing efforts partnering with developers, business and tech partners.Support testing work associated with client correspondence generated from a variety of document platforms.Support document analysis and impact assessments from projects or enhancement initiatives to identify and implement changes to documents.Troubleshoot and resolve routine and less complex problems for the business as it relates to business requirements and technology.Manage multiple relationships across the organization, and at times external parties and clients. Be the main point of contact to answer questions within business analyst area of expertise.Act as a liaison among business leaders, staff and utility functions to gather information and share best practices to ensure initiatives are executed appropriately.

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $80,100 - $108,100 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
