Prepare training materials and perform training for end usersUtilize Six Sigma / Lean and Agile Project Management tools to track and maintain project’s progressLead project teams to ensure milestones are metProvide updates to IT and Business LeadershipAssist with management of key vendor reviews at the time of contract renewal or when lack of quality and/or service warrant review.Supporting and ensuring the successful financial close of several sub-modules, and General Ledgers in Finance applications for several business units at International. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 8 years of experience analyzing, designing, evaluating, modifying, testing and implementing enterprise-wide systems or business experience using ERP applicationsAt least 1 year of lead experience
Become a leader within International’s IT Organization. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst-Loan Origination, you will have the opportunity to drive and deliver innovative capabilities with industry leading products. This role will provide business analysis expertise in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating business requirements. This role will also plan and execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing. May lead cross-functional teams to address business and/or systems issues. Strong initiative to learn new systems.
