This team works with internal stakeholders to create commodity strategies to support a sustainable supply base for Exhaust/Fuel components, as well as manage the new value chain related to green and sustainable raw materials.

The Fuel Systems Sr. Buyer has the responsibility for leading the development and execution of long-term, comprehensive, and cross-functional global commodity strategies that will yield measurable improvements in the areas of technology, innovation, securitization, pricing and GHG reductions.
This person must be able to work strategically with new suppliers and global stakeholders.
The successful candidate must also be able to successfully manage and execute both strategic and tactical level decisions and initiatives.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Execute RFQ process for new components on time and within cost objectives Negotiate nonstandard agreements as appropriate Identify and execute unique contractual relationships within Stellantis value chain Work with global teams to develop commodity strategies for new materials Present sourcing recommendations to GPSC leadership for supplier selectionBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering or related discipline A minimum of 5 year of experience in supply chain, finance, engineering or other business functions, with a preference for Commodity Purchasing experience Negotiation skills, analytical skills, and experience in working in cross-functional teams. Ability to resolve conflict situations Effective listener and ability to build relationships in cross functional groups and with global counterparts Ability to cultivate internal and external relationships and earning trust Excellent planning and time management skills*
