This position will be based on site in Greenville, SC.
Primary Job Responsibility\:
Administers the procurement process, including planning, RFQ and Purchase Order formation and issuance, bid tabulation, claims resolution, administration and closeout Participate in procurement strategy development and implementation Provide primary support to the Project Procurement Manager (PPM) Identify and advise PPM of commercial risks inherent in quotations and purchase orders Regular communication and coordination with GID personnel Conduct PSR meetings with SCM team, Project Management and Customer as necessary Oversee the NDA process, including review of redlines and obtaining necessary signatures Coordination of invoice approvals *Training and Experience\:
BA or BS, or equal, preferred but not required Certification; None required; C.P.M. desirable 6 - 8 yrs. minimum in supply chain management or related field, with specific experience in procurementOther Essential Function\:

Works well with and sometimes directs others in Supply Chain Management to implement and support programs and procedures Coordinates with Project Management, Construction Management, Business Development, Legal, Finance and Insurance during project execution Assures compliance with Supply Chain Management policies and procedures and brings any non-compliance issues to the attention of management Reliable, dependable, trustworthy, able to self-direct, maintain good rapport with colleagues, management and customersMoving forward together
