Hourly Pay Range $19.00 -$21.00
Procurement of materials, supplies and services with the objective that they will be available at the time, place, quantity, quality and price, consistent with the needs of the agency. Responsible for ensuring confidentiality is strictly maintained concerning all agency related information.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists the Coordinator in vendor selection evaluation including agency corporate compliance and internal controls Assists director with Motor Vehicle Accidents Documentation management and tracking. Liaison between insurance company. Reporting the accident. Responsible for reporting estimates and photos to the insurance. Informs of the need of insurance adjustor estimate. Ensures that insurance adjuster estimate is obtained in a timely fashion Communication with Accounts Receivable as necessary regarding insurance checks. Assists sites in process as questions arise. Responsible to ensure that estimates are obtained by sites. Liaison between collision vendors. Responsible for coordinating communication between insurance company and repair vendor. Responsible for issuing purchase orders for repair. Assists coordinator with fleet maintenance management: lease documentation and tracking registration, inspection, oil change, E-Z pass and handicap tags Enterprise Fleet repair decisions and tracking recall notification and tracking Wright Express Source products and services Requests quotations, RFQ analysis, negotiates pricing with vendors Procurement of materials, supplies and services according to agency standards Assists in maintaining set up and updates of AccPac related information as it pertains to the Purchasing Department to include: item information, location and pricing Contacts external software support vendors for problem resolution Initiate set-up and changes for the residential and commercial utilities to include gas, electric, telephone, cable television for all agency property leased and owned Maintains Wegman’s account updates Assists Coordinator to maintain and manage agency cell phone accounts. Complies with all agency policies and procedures Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma and 6 years relevant experience.
