Job Title: Senior Buyer

Job Description

The Sr. Buyer manages the systemic supply plan for the portfolio of externally manufactured finished products. This role is responsible for maintaining data integrity of static planning parameters and transactional data elements to ensure that the system accurately reflects the current situation in the physical supply chain at all times. The Sr. Buyer will work closely with Supply Chain Manager and EO/IO Planning Analysts to monitor and manage suppliers’ plan attainment, as well as Supplier performance and coordinating priorities. Planning, preparing, and executing Purchase and Distribution Orders or inventory purchased/transferred from multiple internal & external suppliers is a critical part of this role. Additionally, managing inventory in line with Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO) and Latest Estimate Forecasts (LEF) is essential.

The company offers a very nice and clean office environment with a friendly staff. This is a one-year contract-to-hire position with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance. The dress code is business casual. This role is fully onsite with hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility on start and stop times. The person will work with a team of about five other people.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $48.00/hr.
