Senior C# Analyst

Our client requires senior C# analyst with experience programming embedded devices in Linux environment. The successful candidate would have experience in oil & gas and/or instrumentation, be self-driven, and proven ability to work independently and deliver results. 

 

This position is onsite near downtown Edmonton. 

Mandatory Requirements Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering  Very Strong experience in C# programing in Linux and embedded systems environment  Strong experience with Docker  Experience with instrumentation, monitoring, industrial protocol, or flow measurement  Proven ability to work independently  Proven ability to design and deliver solutions from concepts and ideas  Desirable Requirements Oil & gas experience  Knowledge of industrial protocol such as DNPS, WITSML  Instrumentation experience  Experience with Mental  Experience with Rockwell instrumentation, motor drive, Power Flex, and Rockwell automation  Experience with ACE, WPS, Developer Express   Experience with ENIP (Ethernet IP), MODBUS, OPC-UA, MQTT (industrial protocols)   Experience with PLC programming
