**Description** Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) is actively seeking a highly qualified Senior C++ Software Developer for software development for the Intelligence and Defense communities. The successful candidate will be self-directing and able to work both independently and coordinate effectively across a broader team utilizing a variety of technologies. Enjoys leading technical efforts and mentoring junior engineers. Possesses sufficient writing skills to prepare and generate technical reports and other documentation pertinent to the position.
