**Description** The Mission Concepts and Capabilities (MCC) division of Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA is seeking a seasoned **Senior C5ISR/EW Program Analyst** to provide technical, analytical, and programmatic support the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)) in the investment and monitoring of R&D funds. This position is onsite at a Government location(s) in the National Capital Region (and telecommuting where approved). The candidate demonstrates mature judgement required to interface with senior Government personnel and external stakeholders including other Government agencies, academia, and industry. The candidate also coordinates administrative functions and process improvement. This position requires a candidate with experience leading and performing a variety of tasks to support Government leaders, providing: + Science, engineering, technical, management, and professional support + OUSD(R&E) research, analysis, and strategic planning support for C5ISR and electronic warfare systems + Specialized functional expertise support, _g.,_ acquisition, military science, statistics + Technology transfer, technology transition, public/private partnership support + Developing graphical materials and documents + Performing records management + Recommending resolution to problem sets/challenges **Required Qualifications:** + BS/BA degree in a relevant discipline + 8-10 years of related experience + Top Secret security clearance with willingness to apply for and obtain a TS/SCI clearance + Experience supporting US Government clients + Experience coordinating across multiple organizations + Background in C5ISR and electronic warfare (EW) systems **Desired Qualifications:** + Ten+ years of progressive experience + MS/MA or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline This position is contingent upon customer acceptance of your resume and potential interview.
