SUMMARY:
It is the responsibility of the Sr. Cabana Host to drive cabana and pool rental sales out at the pool. The Sr. Cabana Host will act as the host to our entire rental product and be required to continuously check in with guests throughout the day to ensure satisfaction and assist with requests as needed. Additionally, Sr. Cabana Host will escort guests upon arrival to the location of the rental and provide an orientation to the guest’s cabana, and pool amenities. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for welcoming guest to the pool as well as escorting guests to cabanas and daybedsTele market new and existing business through the use of pool promotions, special events, and direct marketing offers.Provide telemarketing support to Pool Management staff.Assist Pool management with reservations and special events.Responsible for gathering relative information for future telemarketing efforts.Responsible for interacting and ensuring guests are having a great experience.Must be able to establish and maintain good and proper relationships with hotel visitors and market the Golden Nugget Pool and other venues to all guests.Must meet booking quotas set out by Pool management.Must be social and have an outgoing personality while maintaining relationships within the department, as well as around the city.Must be willing to go on team outings and promote a positive image for the pool at all times.Must be able to use a smart phone.Must have ability to communicate via Email as well as over the phone.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma or GED (or actively seeking)A minimum of 1 years of customer service experience within the Hospitality field (or comparable guest service experience).Minimum age requirement is 18
