**Description** The Senior Call Center Representative is responsible for training new employees in the call center as well as serving as a clinic liaison. This position requires a high degree of problem solving and demonstrates excellent communication skills. Their primary function is to provide coordination for a seamless experience of care for patients calling their health care team, providing answers to patients' questions, or connecting the patient with another team member. The Senior Call Center Representative will support the Contact Center's ongoing efforts to create a strong partnership within PMG providers, managers and clinics.
