Senior Call Center Representative- Access Strategist - Hybrid

**Description**
The Senior Call Center Representative is responsible for training new employees in the call center as well as serving as a clinic liaison. This position requires a high degree of problem solving and demonstrates excellent communication skills. Their primary function is to provide coordination for a seamless experience of care for patients calling their health care team, providing answers to patients' questions, or connecting the patient with another team member. The Senior Call Center Representative will support the Contact Center's ongoing efforts to create a strong partnership within PMG providers, managers and clinics. The Senior Call Center Representative provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

_This is a “_ **_hybrid position_** _” and applicants will be required to attend in person workdays, meetings or if having technical issues at home they must report to an arranged site location to complete their shift._
**Required Qualifications:**
+ High school Diploma
+ 2 years Customer service experience.
+ 2 years Medical office or health care experience.
+ 1 year Experience working in a PMG Clinic setting.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Call Center Experience.
+ Strong active-listening and verbal communication skills.
+ Experience working in a call center or customer support role.
+ Proficiency in problem-solving.
