The Senior Campaign Development Engineer solves complex business campaign related problems and issues using data from internal sources to build, evaluate, and test population lists against design expectations of measure owners. The Senior Campaign Engineer will demonstrate what is possible from available data, build and ship population lists, develop automated workflows and based on experience influence decisions. Assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of data requires an in-depth evaluation of numerous variable factors and automates the build process to meet recurring campaign eligibility needs.
The Senior Campaign Development Engineer uses data, tools, technologies, knowledge and experience with Medicare Advantage Stars and other healthcare related data to identify target populations, build repeatable workflows, and automate eligibility list creation. The Campaign Engineer defines and executes practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, automate and present data in order to create insightful and actionable population listings and applicable information. Through experience and practice, is forward thinking to avoid issues and barriers. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Identifies, documents, uses and encourages the use of best practices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of technical experience in data analysis, Marketing/Advertising OR Master's degree and 3 or more years of experience OR equivalent work experienceComprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPointAdvanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizationsExperience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic directionProficiency in understanding Stars and Healthcare related dataProficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadershipMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesExperience with SQL, TOAD, Oracle PL/SQL and other data toolsMust have a positive attitude and model team centered, member first cultureDemonstrated ability to lead, coach inexperienced partners on campaign process, peer review SQL code and automation scripts as well as provide testing support for peersPreferred Qualifications

40Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
