Strategic planning and development: Conception and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns in the gaming and streaming sector, including influencer marketing, social media and content creation.
Project management: Leading and coordinating projects from ideation to implementation, including budget management and scheduling.
Client management: Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
Market analysis: Monitoring market trends and competitive activity in the gaming and streaming sector to identify new business opportunities.
Performance monitoring: Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns based on relevant KPIs and creating reports for continuous optimization.
Your Profile
At least 3-5 years of experience in campaign management, preferably in the gaming, streaming or entertainment sector.
Deep understanding of the gaming and streaming industry, including platforms such as Twitch, YouTube Gaming and relevant social media channels.
Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on analysis.
Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment and adapt to new trends.
