We are seeking a talented Senior Business Development/Capture Analyst to assist the activities of the Growth team – business development / capture / solutions / proposals – with research and analysis of opportunities within existing and potential markets. Specifically, provide leadership in the full range of technical, administrative, and analytical support across the entire opportunity life-cycle, from identification through the post-proposal submission, including but not limited to, developing capture briefing, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date opportunity pipeline, coordinating and responding to data calls (internal and external), and contributing to the development of various technical, management, past performance, resumes, and pricing artifacts (related to RFx responses).

Responsibilities

Perform general tasks within the Growth team to include but not limited to:

Provide technical, administrative, and analytical support across the entire opportunity life cycle, from identification through post-proposal submission.Support overall Growth pipeline management activities ensuring CRM is always up to date with notes and intelligenceSearch for and analyze opportunities to assist the BD team in developing and maintaining the BD pipeline aligned to strategic priorities and proposed emerging markets.Utilize a variety of web-based tools to identify opportunities aligned with the organization strategy, capabilities, and service offerings. Gather, compile, and analyze data related to existing contracts and new opportunity identification, and communicate findings to the Growth team in written and oral formats.  Perform activities on daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis.Organize, plan, and support pipeline review meetings, synthesizing, aggregating, streamlining and organizing research data into logical formats to inform disposition actions for identified opportunities. Research companies (potential teaming partners or competition) Attend Vendor Outreach Sessions, Industry Day Events, and Webinars and present summaries to Growth teamMentoring junior team members

Qualifications Minimum bachelor’s degree and five years of BD/Capture support experience in the Federal Government contracting (GovCon) space, or a combination of equivalent experience and training. Experience leveraging and working industry GovCon business intelligence toolsAbility to analyze, categorize, and logically group data in written and graphical reportsAbility to effectively interact with a wide range of personnel Ability to work independently and collaborativelyStrong understanding and skilled in researching various IT domains and technologiesUnderstanding of government contract termsDemonstrated ability to multitask with multiple high-priority demands in an intense, deadline-driven environmentExcellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsHigh proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro, and MS Office applications, SharePoint and TeamsMust be willing to provide after-hours and on-site support as needed. Posted Min Pay Rate USD $84,958.00/Yr. Posted Max Pay Rate USD $132,747.00/Yr. Salary Disclosure Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.

The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance.
