The Corporate Business Development team leads SPA’s business development activities in existing and emerging defense and civilian markets. BD’s core areas of responsibility include capture and proposal management, company pipeline development and maintenance, GWAC management, business intelligence research, and the formation of strategic partnerships.

 

 

SPA has an immediate need for a Senior Capture Manager with experience in Air Force and Navy markets. 

Responsibilities

As Senior Capture Manager, the successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and the account Division Director to lead Federal growth activities for Navy markets, including opportunity identification, pipeline management, business development, solutioning, capture management,and proposal development. 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Active Secret or TS/SCI security clearanceBachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience in business development for professional services contracts supporting the DoD, DHS, and/or other national security entitiesDemonstrated experience of successful capture and winning Federal opportunities with the Navy with a value exceeding $50M for single-award contracts and exceeding $100M for multiple award IDIQ contractsAbility to use automated tools such as MS Office to present ideas, information, and reportsExperience managing and using the Shipley BD process

 

Desired Qualifications:
