Senior Care Claims Trainee

Job Responsibilities

Routing claim issues to next level or appropriate support areas; following up to ensure completion.Inputting, reviewing and validating the claims data received; evaluating their reliability and effectiveness in line with coverage and appraisal.Assisting in routine claim analysis and final determination; delivering administrative support throughout all claim handling processes.Performing basic investigator tasks; gathering and documenting relevant information as a preliminary investigation.Must be able to pass required testing.Work overtime as required.

The start date for this Senior Care Claims Trainee Class is November 11, 2024.Training will occur during the first 16-17 weeks after the start date. The shift for training is 8am-4:30pm Eastern Time and is subject to change for the last segment of training.Must be able to come onsite to Cameron Hill in Chattanooga, TN for a portion of your training. For this reason, preferred candidates will reside within 50 miles of Chattanooga, TN.After training, this position has flexible hours between the hours of 5am - 8pm (Eastern Time).
