Job Description

We are looking for brokers who understand the market and have a proven track record of identifying sales leads right through to establishing long term client relationships. You will need to be commercially astute and still driven by smashing financial targets whilst being a team player.

QualificationsDemonstrate an expert understanding of the cargo aircraft and chartering processExperienced managing charter bookings from enquiry to completionExperienced in managing a team of brokers Flight watching/overseeing flight departuresExperienced building a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside the organisationGain clear agreement and commitment from others by persuading, convincing and negotiatingWorking productively in a pressurised environmentFocusing on clients’ needs and satisfactionMake prompt, clear decisions which may involve tough choices or considered risks
