Our client, an established private investment manager based in Boston is looking to hire a Senior Cash Flow Finance Associate. This job involves overseeing various aspects of Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and fixed income funds, including compliance, financial reporting, and credit agreement management. Key responsibilities include daily analysis of investment activity, monthly compliance reviews, quarterly distribution checks, performance reporting, and assisting with investor reports. The role also involves managing complex legal documents, interacting with portfolio managers, lenders, and other internal teams to address various reporting and compliance issues, and implementing solutions for improved efficiency.

The position requires at least 2+ years of experience, preferably in a rigorous environment like tax or audit, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and possess strong Excel skills. A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred, with CPA or CFA qualifications being a plus.
