As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer a new opportunity to join our dedicated team as a **Senior** **Cash Management Analyst.**
The core function of this position will support the set up and maintenance of practices by working directly with the banks, doctor owners, Senior Management, and other internal departments to secure their banking needs. This support will be for our Dental, Implant, Urgent Care, Medical Spa and Veterinary brands for the purpose of setting up all new practices with bank accounts, lenders IDs, and merchant IDs.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in the set-up of new or changing practices for all brands by working with credit card companies, third party lenders, and banks to establish accounts for their day-to-day operations.
+ Point person to set up new bank accounts, credit card relationships, establish MIDS, and onboard third-party lenders for all brand practices.
+ Act as a bank site and point of sale site admin to problem solve individual practice issues.
+ Knowledge of bank requirements for opening bank accounts and compliance.
+ Expertise of working with legal documents and practicing discretion while doing so.
+ Support daily reconciliations and month end close process for all brands.
+ Maintenance of multiple process tracking files and site portals.
+ Manage the order process for all brand practice deposit ticket needs.
+ Order and set up new credit card terminals for new and existing practices.
+ Ability to understand processes, and the downstream impact to other departments.
+ Acute attention to detail and accuracy required to avoid set up errors that negatively impact other departments.
+ Superior time management and prioritization skills to balance multiple projects/tasks across weeks or months.
+ Motivated, self-starter that takes personal ownership of job responsibilities.
+ Problem solving skills and analytical skills required.
+ Proven success in the delivery of superior customer service, practicing timely and clear responses to requests.
+ Various clerical duties and project support as needed.
+ Ability to learn multiple new software systems.
+ Clearly communicates issues and works collaboratively with cross-functional departments.
+ Works well in a team driven environment.
+ Will be trained to be a backup for other roles within the Cash Management Department.
**Minimum Education and Experience:**
+ A 2-year degree in Business or Finance, or similar work experience is preferred.
+ Highly effective communications skills are needed to work cooperatively with other departments and organizations.
+ Proficient within Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
+ Base Pay Range: $24.00 - 26.00/hr **.** (Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications),and will be based on-site in East Syracuse, NY.
