Your Key Responsibilities:
+ Drive catering innovation, creating unique experiences that set new industry standards.
+ Oversee end-to-end catering operations, ensuring flawless execution of events.
+ Lead, mentor, and inspire a top-tier catering team to deliver excellence.
+ Build strong relationships with clients, campus leadership, and local partners.
+ Manage budgets, food and labor costs, and operational efficiencies to maximize success.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ AS degree preferred
+ Three to five years of foodservice management experience preferred
+ Catering experience is required
+ Strong leadership and communication skills
+ Excellent communication skills
