As a Senior Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by selling our exceptional catering services to corporate clients, social event planners, and wedding couples. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize catering revenue and achieve sales targetsIdentify and proactively pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales effortsBuild and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partnersCollaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized catering solutionsCoordinate and oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and their guestsPrepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations to clientsStay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edgeProvide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the event planning process

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferredMinimum of 5 years of catering sales experience in a hotel or resort settingProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficient in event management software and CRM systemsKnowledge of food and beverage industry trends and menu planningExceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships Benefits
