Culinary diploma is mandatory.Good presentation.Have experience exposure to multi-national cuisines.Fluent English language.One to two years’ experience in a multi-national kitchen atmosphere (Desired)Five years minimum restaurant / hotel experience, 5 star establishment.Three years minimum experience in Ala carte dining cuisine.
