Senior Cemetery Property Analyst

To support the cemetery development department through the creation and implementation of mapping standards for existing developments ranging from buildings to parcels of land. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** + **75% Drafting and Mapping** + Use AutoCAD experience to produce a variety of mapping exhibits + Examine and edit CAD drawings and surveys + Format drawings for cloud-GIS consumption + **15% Project Documentation and Reporting** + Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical drawings. + Generate regular progress reports for internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and achievements. + Compile project close-out documentation, including as-built drawings, warranties, and operation manuals. + **10% Project Planning and Coordination:** + Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. + Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. + Conduct site visits and inspections to assess progress and address issues or concerns. + This description is not an all-inclusive list of the essential functions or duties related to this job. + **MINIMUM** **Requirements** **Education** + Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field + In lieu of degree 5 years of experience. + **Certification/License** + Valid state driver’s license in good standing. + **Experience** + AutoCAD certification and experience preferred but not required. + GIS experience is desirable but not required. + **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. + Proficiency in AutoCAD software. + Ability to travel as needed. + Work indoors and or outdoors during all seasons and weather conditions. + Local and/or multiple location traveling required. + Comply with Corporate dress code policy. **Work Postures** + Sitting continuously for many hours per day, up to 6 hours per day + Occasional, continuous periods of time standing, up 6 hours per day + Climbing stairs to access buildings frequently **Physical Demands** + Physical effort requiring manual dexterity is required, includes paperwork, calculators, computers and phone usage + Lifting of boxes, laptops, etc. **Work Hours** + Working beyond “standard” hours as the need arises + Travel up to 50% Postal Code: 77019 Category (Portal Searching): Operations Job Location: US-TX - Houston Job Profile ID: C01121 Time Type: Full time Location Name: SCI Corporate Office
