This position is under the supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON). + Responsible for posting schedule. + Maintain a daily-posted assignment schedule for licensed nurses and Senior Certified Nursing Assistants (SCNA). + Compile and maintain cumulative staffing reports. Record requested leave time. + Record/maintain in-house time keeping records that have been approved by supervisor and/or verified with DON. + Maintain records of sign-in sheets. + Compile and maintain PPD reports. Verify and compare PPD with time clock. + Enter data into electronic folders. May perform duties as a Senior Certified Nursing Assistant as required. + Post daily staffing numbers per State and Federal Regulations. + Complete and submit monthly report to DON/Designee on Agency utilization including justification for use (as provided by DON). + Do corrections daily and assist other departments as needed. + Complete payroll for all nursing staff. + Performs other related administrative duties as assigned This position is in the Career Service system.
