Senior Change Manager to lead change management and training strategies for the implementation of an Information System enhancing service delivery and staff efficiency.
Must-Have Skills
Expertise in organizational change management and strategy execution. Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and communication planning. Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programs for large teams. Strong knowledge of change impact assessment and risk mitigation. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Financial platforms and CRM/ERP system implementations. Certification in change management (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP).
Responsibilities
Change Management Strategy and Planning
Lead organizational change management activities and readiness assessments. Develop comprehensive change management schedules and plans. Align change management efforts with leadership and sponsor engagement. Address resistance and risks associated with the transition. Evaluate the impact of changes on various user groups and business units.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in. Create and execute tailored communication strategies for different audiences. Develop clear communication materials, including updates and FAQs. Gather feedback and act as a liaison between business units and project teams.
Training & Development
Conduct training needs analysis and create role-specific training programs. Design and deliver engaging training materials, including eLearning content. Facilitate training sessions and track effectiveness through metrics and feedback.
Impact Assessment & Monitoring
Perform change impact analysis and monitor progress. Track adoption metrics and address challenges proactively. Gather user feedback to refine training and strategies.
Project and Post-Implementation Support
Support the creation of post-launch resources, including help desk support. Ensure continuous improvement of training materials and system adoption strategies.
Additional Information
Approximately 150 staff to be trained and supported during implementation. Training and change management to be conducted across Edmonton and Calgary locations. Project aligned with modernizing operations using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Financial modules. #LI-CC1
