About this opportunity:

You would be pivotal in the success of organizational change such as changes to business processes, technologies, organizational structure, job roles and systems. As a Senior Change Manager, you would be required to identify, drive, support, and facilitate efficient and effective transformations and changes, from business needs and requirements to business results, delivering improved customer, operational and/or financial performance impact and required cultural changes. Your primary focus would be to ensure that organizational changes are implemented smoothly and successfully, while also minimizing negative effects and maximizing positive results. The role includes application of structured methodology and processes. You'll work closely with individuals, teams and leaders, expanding change initiative across the organization. 

 

 

What you will do:

Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.Shape and promote improvement strategies that extend beyond individual teams, impacting broader organizational, business, or value stream goals on complex challenges.Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.Tackle complex organizational challenges, including leadership dynamics, cross-team collaboration, and issues that span multiple teams or functions.Prioritize initiatives with a comprehensive understanding of the operational landscape, ensuring alignment with organizational and/ or business objectives.Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.Independently manage competing priorities, focusing on long-term strategic outcomes.Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
 

 

 

The skills you bring:

Expertise in Change and Continuous Improvement Management.Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, PROSCI etc.Ability to explain change management in large organization. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent active listening skills.Ability to identify the stage of change an organization and/ or individuals are at.Analytical, innovative mindset and critical thinking.Ability to work in a high-pressure project environment.Ability to ensure sustainable change.
