You will lead sophisticated projects from inception to completion, ensuring detailed delivery while proactively handling customers at all levels. Your ability to plan meticulously and coordinate optimally will be key to your success.What You'll Do:Lead with Confidence: Drive visibility and understanding of GBO initiatives among employees, partners, suppliers, functions, and process owners.Proactive Customer Management: Act as a mentor for our senior leaders, guiding them in their roles as change sponsors. Provide direct support and mentoring to managers as they navigate transitions.Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop change management strategies using industry-leading methodologies. Integrate these strategies into project plans to ensure successful adoption of changes.Impact Assessment: Assess the organizational impacts of changes from various perspectives including process, knowledge, people, and culture.Partner Engagement: Identify key customers for initiatives and build comprehensive engagement plans tailored to their needs.Training & Stabilization: Define training approaches if required and implement actions to stabilize change impacts.Key CompetenciesCan-Do Attitude: Hard-working with a proactive approach toward achieving project goals. Ability to empower others towards successful outcomes.Excellent Planning & Coordination Skills: Proven expertise in designing and delivering organization-wide change portfolios/programs aligned with strategic priorities.Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of portfolio, program, and change management techniques (e.g. Prosci certified). PMP certification is a strong plus. Familiarity with MS Project, JIRA or similar tools is preferred.Communication Mastery: Exceptional communication skills capable of breaking down complex information into clear presentations that drive impactful change.Qualifications and Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Communications or equivalent field.Minimum 8 years of experience in organizational change management roles with at least 4 years leading complex programs or projects.Certification in industry-leading change & project management methodologies is required (Prosci & PMP certification preferred)Functional consulting experience is highly desirable.Flexibility is key to our success.
