You and your job 
As a Process Manager you are responsible for all stages of a change initiative. This means: 

Check new ideas and provide high level impact (Intake) Analyse full impact (Analysis) Develop solution and update processes (Realisation) Go Live (Implementation) Evaluate (Aftercare) 

These steps require analytical skills, creativity and problem solving abilities and, in addition, you need to be a Project and Implementation Manager.  

In close cooperation with stakeholders such as regional branches, business representatives, architecture and IT, your efforts and leadership qualities will result in the successful implementation of: 

new or updated regulations from Financial Regulators Financial Markets Trading & Sales often look to introduce new instruments to their current product set. Both for the benefit of the bank and its customers Centralisation of global processes 

Practical Examples  

Run medium to large sized projects or initiativesCheck new ideas and provide critical high level impacts to Operations (Intake and Impact Analysis) Collaborate to develop solutions & ensure completion of test packsEnsure Operational Readiness and Aftercare evaluation post go liveRepresent Global GSC FMS Operations in relevant Tribe, Areas and SquadsDevelop and support Training/Knowledge Sharing framework as part of the FMS North Star Strategy

We are the service provider to Markets, Treasury and other internal customers. The services provided includes Transaction Processing, Confirmations, Transaction Reporting, Payments and Investigations. The department’s main focus is managing and minimizing operational risks and delivering excellent service to our clients. With you as a Project Manager, the team will consist of ten diverse colleagues in a variety of roles.

You and your talent 

10+ years banking/financial experience in an international and complex environmentHBO (higher professional education)/WO (university) Strong analytical & coordination skills and excellent written and verbal communication skillsAffinity with Financial Markets and productsExperience in working in a project environment and preferably also experience in Agile IT delivery and Lean managementAbility to run small sized projectsDemonstrated affiliation with Continuous Improvement
