We are seeking a seasoned Senior Channel Enablement Consultant to lead these efforts within our Revenue organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enablement, you will be accountable for equipping our partners with the content, resources, tools, and training needed to effectively position and sell Unity products and services. This role involves high-level collaboration with key departments including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and others to deliver comprehensive product and feature training aligned with Unity’s overarching Go-To-Market strategy. **What you'll be doing** + Strategic Enablement Programs: Develop and implement Partner Enablement and onboarding programs to drive channel productivity and revenue growth. + Content & Training Development: Create and adapt high-impact training materials and resources in collaboration with Marketing and Product Management, ensuring partners are well-equipped to sell Unity solutions. + Platform & Resource Management: Oversee the continuous improvement of the Partner Portal, utilizing platforms like Workramp to streamline onboarding and enablement processes. + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of enablement activities with company goals and strategic initiatives. + Performance Analysis: Regularly assess and analyze partner enablement metrics to drive iterative improvements and ensure effective execution the effectiveness of enablement initiatives. **What we're looking for** + Extensive Experience: Proven expertise in a senior channel partner enablement role, with a strong track record of driving significant results. + Strategic & Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and business strategy, coupled with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. + Excellent Communication: Superior communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management and partner relations. + Autonomous Leadership: Ability to work independently with outstanding project management and leadership skills to drive cross-functional initiatives. + Travel Availability: Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time for partner engagement and training. **You might also have** + Background in sales, especially in SaaS or technology. + Knowledge of MEDDPICC and other sales techniques + Background in Sales Enablement **Additional information** + Relocation support is not available for this position. + International relocation support is not available for this position. + Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position. **Life at Unity** Unity [NYSE: U] is the world's leading platform of tools for creators to build and grow real-time games, apps, and experiences across multiple platforms.
