Job Summary As the Senior Chef Manager, you will have the outstanding opportunity to lead a world-class culinary team in delivering outstanding food service. Key Responsibilities: + Coordinate both back and front of-the-house operations to ensure seamless service + Develop innovative menus that delight and encourage + Strictly lead inventory, purchasing, and labor costs + Maintain outstanding sanitation standards + Successfully implement financial reporting processes + Hire, mentor, counsel, train, and develop culinary staff + Conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs + Determine and maintain food cost without compromising quality + Actively manage team developments and participate in employee meetings and training programs + Complete assigned duties and special projects Preferred Qualifications: + Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience + Proven five years of progressive culinary management experience + Self-starter with the ability to multitask and innovate + Positive attitude under pressure with strong team motivation skills + Passionate about excellence and knowledgeable in HACCP controls + Experience in purchasing, food storage, and sanitation + Proficient in P&L and financial reporting + Strong understanding of budgets, labor costs, and inventory controls + Outstanding leadership, mentorship, and training abilities + Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Outstanding business etiquette and client relations skills + Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 40 lbs + Knowledge of safe and sanitary food handling principles + High standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior + ServSafe or Department of Health certification is a plus Apply to Flik today!
