Here is some of what you will do:

Inspire, supervise, and manage engineers and maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and personal development.Assist in managing operational aspects of properties as directed by the Regional Facility Manager, Engineering Manager, and senior account leaders.Provide senior technical support and leadership at properties in the market/region.Manage, document, and escalate daily field operational issues to appropriate personnel. Serve as the first point of contact.Identify safety hazards, incorporate remediation, and implement regional safety training programs to ensure a safe work environment.Assist in managing operations audit process as directed by Regional/National Engineer account managers.Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and guidelines related to building infrastructure operations. Alert management of discrepancies.Maintain all infrastructure and compliance documentation, including up-to-date building drawings, single lines, and records mandated by Federal, State, or Local law.Monitor and maintain HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systemsOversee repairs and preventive maintenance, determining frequencyManage inventory, submit purchase orders, and check equipment conditionsSupervise contractors working in the buildingTrain and develop operations staff, enhancing their capabilitiesEnsure timely completion of required training for self and teamIdentify and remediate safety hazards, implementing safety programsEnsure compliance with regulatory laws and guidelinesMaintain infrastructure documentation and building drawingsAdminister ESCP programs in collaboration with the facilities teamPartner with Facility Managers on budgets, proposals, and financial targets

Here is who we are looking for:

10+ years of Chief Engineering experience, including supervision and critical environmentsHands-on experience with critical infrastructure equipment, including UPS systems, generators, HVAC systems, high-voltage electrical systems, and basic plumbingA Universal CFC certificationStrategic thinking and innovative problem-solving skillsTechnical competence in project management and constructionProficiency in computer applications, including CMMS systemsExcellent customer service record and strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift with on-call required 24/7

Pay $132,200-191,700 with a 20% targeted bonus of the annual salary

Estimated total compensation for this position:

132,200.00 – 191,700.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
