Challenging Projects As a Senior CI/HUMINT Special Advisor, you will play a critical role in planning, conducting, and overseeing CI/HUMINT collection operations. Your ability to manage complex intelligence missions and guide senior leadership will help shape operations that protect vital assets and information. Key Responsibilities + Provide expert advisory support to CI/HUMINT operations, ensuring optimal mission execution and alignment with theater-level objectives. + Lead and oversee the screening and intelligence collection processes. + Advise senior leadership (O6 level or above) on the planning and execution of intelligence missions. + Coordinate and integrate CI/HUMINT activities with Coalition forces and staff procedures. + Conduct briefings for senior leadership, ensuring mission readiness and operational success. + Conduct CI/HUMINT operations in complex environments, including coordination with theater-level operations. You Have + TS/SCI Clearance + Bachelor’s Degree with at least ten years of relevant experience OR Master’s Degree with at least six years of relevant experience. + 10 + Years analytical experience with former MOS 35L, 35M, 351L/M, 97B, 97E, 35E, or civilian 1811/0132 (equivalent to GG-14 level), formerly badged and credentialed CI Agent, OR equivalent DoD/Joint service specialty codes (e.g., 18F, 180A, USAF 7XOS1, 1N7X1). + Proven experience supporting CI/HUMINT operations, with expert-level CI/HUMINT knowledge and abilities. + Demonstrated ability to lead intelligence collection at both tactical and operational levels, with a deep understanding of theater-level CI/HUMINT operations. + Familiarity with Coalition operations and staff procedures. + Strong briefing and senior leadership interaction skills. + Deployment experience, including mission-directed travel within the Combined Joint Operations Area (CJOA). + Medically qualified for mission-directed travel. Nice to Haves + Experience with CJ2X, CIST, or armed CI programs (e.g., formerly TFAN). + Additional deployment experience in support of joint/coalition operations. + Familiarity with advanced CI/HUMINT collection methodologies and emerging intelligence technologies.
