Senior Civil Consultant - OpenRoads
**Senior Civil Consultant** Bentley Systems is seeking a talented individual to become a valued member of our successful Civil Engineering Success Services team as a **Senior Civil Consultant** . A Consultant plays an important role in delivering consulting, configuration and training services. A Consultant is responsible for analyzing our software users’ business and technical requirements and developing solutions that meet those needs. **Location:** Anywhere in the USA **Responsibilities** + Deliver consulting, configuration, and training services on Bentley’s site, road and rail engineering applications, such as OpenSite Designer, OpenRoads Designer and OpenRail Designer, to existing and new software users + Provide support and services toward the migration of our software users to Bentley’s civil applications + Deliver benefit oriented, feature specific demonstrations that promote Bentley solutions for site, road and rail design + Present at Bentley Sponsored events such as User Conferences + Assist in preparation of technical proposals and benchmarks + Perform software product training activities, project assessments, reviews, and audits + Serve as the primary liaison between company and software users. + Identify account requirements, define project scope and accurately estimate tasks of services projects + Collaborate with product development groups to continually improve the quality of the product based on user input + Create learning content in the form of written documentation, videos and webinars **Qualifications** + Civil Engineering degree or closely related degree required. A degree with a rail or road design focus is preferred. + Minimum 8 year's industry experience. + Ability to travel domestically when required – minimum of 25% + Expert knowledge of the following Bentley software: OpenRail Designer, OpenRoads Designer. Experience with other related industry civil engineering software such as Civil3D, MX, Trimble is beneficial. + Fluency in English is required.
