Job Title: Senior Civil Designer
Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Design Technician with over 4 years of experience in Civil/Site Development, particularly within the Kansas City Metro Area. As a multi-discipline firm, we are involved in a diverse range of projects including commercial and industrial developments, multi-family and single-family developments, and public works projects for various local jurisdictions. This role will support projects through all phases of design, including planning, permitting, and construction.

ResponsibilitiesProficiently use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create plan and profile views, pipe networks, corridors, and grading and volume surfaces.Coordinate effectively between Project Managers, Engineers, and Surveyors.Provide design support throughout all project phases, from planning and permitting to construction.Essential SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.Experience in civil design and land development.Strong understanding of civil engineering principles.Ability to manage and coordinate with multiple team members including Project Managers, Engineers, and Surveyors.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with land development projects.Strong communication and coordination skills.Work Environment

You will be working in an office environment alongside 25-30 engineers. The role requires collaboration with a variety of team members and the use of advanced design software.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $41.00/hr.
