HGA is seeking a talented Senior Civil Engineer to join our Milwaukee Engineering practice. Bring your experiences and expertise and collaborate with an innovative team driven by curiosity and a heartfelt dedication to explore the bounds of traditional architecture, engineering and design.
In this role you will: Collaborate with civil engineering leadership on day-to-day activities, delivering “best practice” civil engineering services to clientsServe as a lead civil project engineer, collaborating with the design and construction team to achieve project successAdvise on project staffingMonitor quality and consistency of civil engineering design documentsElevate best practices, coordinating shared tools, processes and knowledge sharing within the civil engineering department and across HGABuild relationships to strengthen the HGA engineering networkFoster a culture of innovation, integration, and entrepreneurship, in coordination with the HGA Engineering Action GroupsMentor and guide staff development You will need to have: A Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an EAC-ABET accredited programA minimum of 15 years of experience in the design of civil systems for healthcare, commercial, institutional, and/or educational project typesA professional Engineering license A demonstrated ability to lead the design of site improvements for complex projects; and a passion for high quality designExcellent planning and organizational skills for our fast-paced environmentExperience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, WinSLAMM, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite
Salary Information:
The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA’s robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs. Salary range: $105,000 - $142,000.
