This position is for a seasoned engineer who will perform various planning and design services and manage team activities on a wide range of products. What will you be doing? This position will be a key member of the Finelli Consulting Engineers team. Duties include: + Develop, review and oversee completion of site plan designs + Attendance at local Municipal meetings/hearings including expert testimony + Prepare project technical specifications + Interact, support and collaborate with clientele + Prepare cost estimates + Monitor and manage design team activities + Oversee administration of public bids + Manage external coordination with regulatory agencies + Review, evaluate, and test septic systems and soils What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful? This position will require the following skillsets and experience: + Minimum 8-10 years of related municipal/site/civil land development experience + Successful history of providing expert witness services + BS in Civil Engineering + New Jersey Professional Engineering (P.E.) license + Pennsylvania P.E. license a plus + NJ CME certification, a plus + Solid knowledge of local, county, and state current land use regulations, guidelines and standards + Highly proficient in site grading design, stormwater management, and hydraulic and hydrologic analysis + Highly proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D Read about our benefits here: Our Benefits - UTRS | Thinking Forward UTRS is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
