Description We are in search of a Senior Claims Business Analyst to become a part of our team. As a Senior Claims Business Analyst, you will be contributing significantly to the successful execution and completion of our software product's features. Your responsibilities will include engaging with internal stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, and ensuring the delivery of capabilities as per standards. The role is based in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, 18701, United States. Responsibilities: • Engage proactively with stakeholders, product owners, and developers to gather, analyze and document business requirements • Craft clear, concise, and comprehensive business and reporting requirements using our current technology stack • Contribute to design, requirements engineering, scrum execution, and technical discussions • Translate comprehensive business requirements into clear user stories • Conduct deep-dive investigations into requirements to ensure detailed acceptance criteria with business stakeholders • Provide meaningful feedback on requirements, specifications, technical design documents, and testing results in a timely manner • Communicate key insights and findings to the appropriate individuals and collaborate with internal stakeholders • Actively participate in refining and planning meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration • Engage in Agile methodologies and contribute to project planning • Develop strong partnerships with business teams and other groups • Identify, design, document, and maintain system processes. Requirements • Proven expertise in Atlassian Jira, a crucial tool for project management and issue tracking. • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to manage company's interactions with potential and current customers. • Demonstrated ability to perform Gap Analysis to identify what is missing in the current state of business processes or systems. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and visual representation. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and management. • Experience with AB Testing to compare two versions of a webpage or other user experience to determine which performs better. • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies to manage and control software and product development. • Understanding of Business Process Functions to identify how tasks are done within an organization. • Ability to create detailed Business Requirement Documents that outline the needs and expectations of the business. • Experience in Claim Administration, specifically processing and managing insurance claims.
