Senior Claims Consultant, Motor

As a Senior Claims Consultant, you will manage complex and escalated claims from end-to-end to ensure the timely and appropriate financial or non-financial resolution of a claim. You will act as a subject matter expert and support the ongoing development of the team.

What are my accountabilities?

Demonstrating an evidence-based approach to establishing an appropriate claim management strategy and the maintenance of accurate claim financial data

Appropriately engaging and managing external suppliers relevant to the product line to aid in the management of complex claims.

Providing support to the Team Leader and acting as a SME including supporting induction, training and mentoring of colleagues

Acting as a 2IC to provide leave coverage and support for Team Leader and undertaking a lead role in performance improvement projects.

Supporting the Senior Manager TPA and Executive General Manager as directed
